Grave Marker Rules and Regulations

Each "Cemetery" will have their own rules and regulations in regard to placement of granite or bronze grave markers or a combination thereof.

It would be prudent to check with the "Cemetery" first before ordering a grave marker. Some "Cemeteries" will allow only bronze markers.

Others will allow placement of either granite or bronze markers.

Furthermore size plays an important part of the ordering process. The most common sizes in the industry are either a 24 x 12 or a 28 x 16. However there are many other sizes available.

Memorial Parks also will set up restrictions, on type or designs, allowed in certain areas. Parks, which do this, are usually restricting it to a copyrighted design, which almost forces you to order the grave memorial from them. Make sure to ask the right questions before making a selection of cemetery property for your memorial estate.
